The Cool Kitchen for Hot Women is a series of drop-in, virtual cooking classes designed to make nourishing yourself through menopause simple, enjoyable, and doable.

You provide the ingredients. I provide the recipe, guidance, and a relaxed, supportive space to cook together in real time. We laugh, learn, and make meals that actually taste good—and support your hormones, energy, and cravings.

No perfection required. Come as you are.

How It Works

  • Classes are held live on Zoom on select Sundays throughout the month

  • Each class features a unique recipe designed with menopause-friendly nutrition in mind

  • You’ll receive the recipe in advance, shop on your own, and cook along live

  • Every class has a unique Zoom link, so registration is handled individually

  • Drop-in friendly — attend one class or come whenever it fits your schedule
