I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist® and Menopause Coach with a Master’s in Nutrition Science & Integrative Health. My approach is rooted in integrative nutrition, which means I look at the whole picture—your body, lifestyle, and the stressors that impact your well-being. I believe lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from slow, personalized, and sustainable shifts that help you feel like your most empowered self.

The Journey That Led Me Here
For years, I tried every diet in search of the “right” way to feel better in my body—low-carb, low-fat, elimination plans, anti-inflammatory protocols. Nothing created lasting change. I dealt with chronic joint pain, respiratory issues, and a cycle of frustration that never seemed to end.
That struggle led me to pursue my master’s in Nutrition Science and Integrative Health, where I learned to move beyond symptom-chasing and fad fixes. I began addressing the root causes—and found a more sustainable, compassionate path forward.
Now, I help women in midlife do the same: uncover what their unique body truly needs to thrive and make changes that support long-term health, not short-term control. My approach is science-based, client-centered, and designed to help you feel strong, clear, and in control again.
